Neat Cache Cleaner Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 11, 2026
Welcome to Neat Cache Cleaner (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We value your privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy clearly and transparently explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information related to the App, and outlines your privacy rights.
Please read and understand this policy before using the App. By continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that we will process information related to the App's operation in accordance with this policy. The App can be used directly; no additional information is required except for issues you proactively report to us.
Protection of Minors
We value the privacy of minors. This App is not specifically targeted at children under the age of 13, nor does it proactively collect children's personal data.
If you are a minor, please read this policy and use the App under the guidance of your parent or guardian. If a guardian believes that a child's information has been incorrectly submitted to us, they can contact us via the email address at the end of this policy.
Data Explanation
The App's cache scanning, junk file identification, cleaning suggestions, and cleaning operations are performed locally on your device by default. We will not upload your personal files, cached files, or local cleanup results to our servers, nor will we use this content for advertising profiling or other purposes unrelated to the application's functionality.
Permission Usage Instructions
To provide you with a complete phone cleaning experience, our core functions, "Junk Cleanup" and "Large File Cleanup," require you to grant the “MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE” permission. With this permission, we can scan your device for residual useless files, covering various types such as application logs, temporary archives, caches, and downloaded but not removed redundant installation packages (APKs), helping you clean up junk files on your phone.
At the same time, we will also use file analysis to quickly identify various large file types, including images, audio, videos, and text files, PDFs, Word documents, etc., allowing you to easily manage large items that take up space. The entire scanning process is only used to identify file size and type and will not read your private content. If you do not grant permission, the junk cleanup function will not function properly.

We adhere to the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, processing only necessary information to provide core services, ensure the secure and stable operation of the application, optimize the product experience, and meet Google Play policy requirements.
